Despite no pretty pictures on the outside, the packaging is very good. Nothing was broken despite the many miles this helicopter has already travelled from the factory. |

The fuselage arrived as seen in the picture, with many of the apertures cut out already. |

Upon initial inspection nothing is missing, all the parts bags are clearly numbered and it is easy to tell which bag corresponds with the appropriate stage of assembly. |

|
To prevent the eye from being attracted to little shiny pieces of aluminium a few components have been selected to be anodised. For example: the tail pitch lever support post, tail drive mounting brackets, fuselage mounting braces and dummy antenna will be coloured black. Aside from improving the look of a scale machine, anodising prevents them from conducting electricity and reduces the risk of any metal-to-metal radio interference. |

Here are the same items as above but now with an anonymous black finish. Additionally a swashplate, machined cooling fan and engine mount have had the same treatment. |
