Red and white is always a good contrasting combination to help visibility in the air.

 

 

 

 

As per the full size the H-1 often had the side panels removed to aid engine cooling and access to the mechanics for servicing.

 

 

 

 

The contrasting red clearly illustrates where the side doors are located.

 

 

 

 

The rotor head looks authentic anodised in silver. All aluminium above the swashplate, including the inner star, has been anodised silver and everything below is black.

 

 

 

 

The tail blades have been cut to the scale length leaving a nice square cut tip.

 

 

 

 

The dummy tail drive shaft is clearly seen here.

 

 

 

 

Visibility within the full size is fantastic.
