The aluminium components for the undercarriage were anodised black prior to assembly. |

|
Some of the bolts were slightly too long and were cut down. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The completed assembly is suitably strong. The nuts and bolts were not fully tightened until the main frame was attached in a subsequent section. |
